Breakneck Creek Regional Authority is comprised of one wastewater treatment plant, seven sewage pumping stations, collector sewers and conveyance sewers. These facilities serve the communities of Mars Borough, Seven Fields Borough, Valencia Borough, Adams Township and portions of Forward Township, Cranberry Township and Middlesex Township in Butler County and portions of Richland Township and Pine Township in Allegheny County.
